We do not provide refunds for completed sessions. Once a session has taken place, the time and expertise of our strategist have already been delivered, and the fee is considered final.
If there was a technical issue, a no-show from our side, or any other problem caused by us, we will make it right, either by issuing a full refund or rescheduling your session at no cost.
