This page outlines how our refund and cancellation process works for coaching sessions, digital products, and other paid offerings.

Coaching Sessions and Consultations

Free Trial Sessions

If you’re booking your very first call under a free trial offer, no charges will be made unless you continue beyond the trial period. If you decide not to move forward, you can cancel at any time during the free period without any payment.

Paid 1:1 Calls

Once a coaching session has been booked and confirmed, it is considered final. However, we understand emergencies happen.

– If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your session.

– If you cancel within 24 hours, we do not offer a refund but may allow one reschedule depending on the situation.

– If you miss the session without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

To cancel or request a reschedule, please reach out via our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

Digital Products and Downloads

We occasionally offer eBooks, guides, or other downloadable resources. Because these are digital products, we do not offer refunds once they are purchased and delivered.

We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product or are having issues accessing your download, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you resolve it.

Subscriptions or Membership Plans

If we introduce a paid membership program or subscription in the future, this section will apply:

– You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

– Once a new billing period starts, no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

– To avoid being billed, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Since we do not have account logins, cancellation requests can be submitted through the Contact Us form.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To make a cancellation request, simply:

– Visit our Contact Us page.

– Choose “Billing and Refunds” as the topic.

– Include your name, email address, and a brief explanation.

– Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours.

We review each request individually. If we believe your situation qualifies for a refund or reschedule, we will process it promptly.

Exceptions and Discretion

We reserve the right to evaluate refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. In rare cases, we may issue a refund outside the stated policies if we believe it is the right thing to do. Our decision in such cases will be final.
